Yeehaw! This Texas shaped cookie cake is a fun addition for just about any occasion! This is not your typical cookie cake that you’d buy from a store. This cake is super thick and bursting with flavor. The outside of our cookie cake gets golden brown and boasts a nice crisp when you bite in, but the inside is so moist - it will stay soft for days!
